Russell’s
Lakeside Rentals is a Vacation Rental Agency offering a variety
of rentals in a variety of locations throughout the Rangeley
Lakes Region.
This agency accepts Personal
Checks. Visa or Mastercard accepted at check in only, but
Personal Checks are preferred. In order to make a reservation, you will receive a
Registration/Confirmation Form requesting one-half of the rent
including sales tax to be paid within ten days.
The remaining balance may be paid before or on arrival.
Each rental requires a separate security deposit be paid
before or on arrival as well.
In
order to cancel a reservation, we require a notice in writing
prior to 21 days of the reservation.
All of the deposit, except a $25.00 cancellation fee will
be promptly returned to you.
Unless
otherwise indicated, all beds will be made and a minimum amount
of towels will be provided.
All kitchens are fully equipped with at least a coffee
maker, toaster, can opener, utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and
a couple of dishtowels.
Most have microwaves.
All beds have adequate blankets and bedspreads.
Small bath soaps and toilet paper will be provided as
well. All rentals are non smoking except those specified.
CHECK
IN – Please come to the office as soon as you arrive in
Rangeley.
You may check in to your rental as soon as it is cleaned
which is usually by 2:00 pm.
If you cannot arrive by 2:00 pm, you MUST CALL EN ROUTE
so special arrangements can be made.
In some cases, arrangements can be made for you to check
into your rental directly.
CHECK OUT - Your vacation will most
likely end sooner than you desire, but we must insist that check
out time is 10:00 am sharp so we can prepare for the next
vacationers. You are welcome to call the office and ask if a
later check out time can be arranged. If at all possible, we
will accommodate you.
